Start Programming and Training Your Brain

You've probably heard the saying that you only use 10% of your brain. If that's true, then there's a 90% chance that statement is false :) . I believe your brain's potential for knowledge is limitless. It's just that you have to keep feeding your brain with knowledge. As Joel Broughton mentioned on the Mar. 31 training call, you have to start programming and training your brain. Every single day, come up with new ideas to improve your business, help more people, or do things better and faster.

Tell your brain what you want and why you want it. You don't need to how you'll get it. Your brain will figure it out. Put what you want into words and pictures. Cut out pictures of what you want so that you can feed your right brain, which is the creative side.

How To Get Started In PIF4P / 3StepSecret

You saw (or stumbled upon, as some say) an ad on the Internet that interested you and lead you to PIF4P or 3StepSecret. You read the site, got excited about the system, and signed up to get more information and free training. You may be wondering: how do I get started? What do I do next?

If you're in 3StepSecret:

1. Login to your 3StepSecret members area
2. Become an executive affiliate - click Executive Affiliate Info
3. Go through the steps

If you're in PayItForward4Profits:

1. Login to your PayItForward4Profits members area

Don't Settle For Mediocrity

Near the end of the Mar. 24 training call, Joel Broughton mentioned some things he read in a book that can help put you on the path to success:

Let others live a small life but not you. Don't settle for mediocrity.

Let your life not just be acceptable, but memorable. Nothing stops you from living a great life.

Let others cry over small hurt but not you. Don't worry about the minor challenges or little things. You can control what affects you and what doesn't.

Let others waste their resources but not you. There's a lot of crap on the Internet that can waste your time and money.

Learn to help other people. If you teach other people to successful, you'll be successful. If you
help other people, the rewards will come back to you tenfold. Think about others first and yourself second.

Making sacrifices will get you the reward you want. It will get you to where you want to be.

What is the most important location in Internet marketing? It's the personal email inbox. If you can get recipients to regularly open and read your emails, they will be drawn to your offer. Your autoresponder allows you to keep in touch with your members and prospects via email.

Let's take a look at television advertising. Why do companies like McDonald's, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola run ad after ad? Because they're branding their product or service. More exposures = more sales.

The bigger you build your list, the more successful you will be. Your online location becomes better as you build your list because you have potentially more people who can receive your messages. If you don't put your prospects and customers on a list, you are only giving them one exposure to your business. A low percentage of people actually buy on their first exposure to a product or service.

The Internet is fast paced and visitors can easily come to your website and leave forever, unless you have some way to contact them.

With Google AdWords, you can drive traffic to your PayItForward4Profits and 3StepSecret site by targeting keywords for similar or competitive programs. Some programs include MyWorldPlus, ProBuilderPlus, and ProWealthSolutions. These programs have had big launches, and my ads targeting these ads have high click-thru rates. Do you think there are people in the programs above who could use PIF4P to build their business?

Just be creative and think of some other popular programs that are being promoted. Take a look in your junk email box and other advertising sites to get some ideas of what people are promoting.

DirectMatches and AdLandPro Removed

If you have entered your PIF4P back office recently for fast start traffic school, you will have noticed that DirectMatches and AdLandPro have been removed. These are still good sites to use for networking. I think they were removed from PIF4P so that all new members of PIF4P wouldn't be sent there.

PIF4P Combines The Best of Internet Marketing and Network Marketing

Anyone in the world who speaks English can build their network marketing business with PIF4P, which is now approaching 160,000 members! Millions of people are still looking for a system like this. Systems can be duplicated. People cannot be duplicated.

Think of kids. They will do what you do. They're like copy cats and learn by imitating. If you notice your kid is doing an unwanted behavior that you tell him or her not to do, think of when you have done it yourself! You can't say one thing and do another.

You can't just join PayItForward4Profits and expect your downline to join the affiliate programs if you don't. Ask yourself how it is that you want your members to setup their business under you. Do you want them in GDI? TrafficOasis? Success University? Your primary business? Do you want them in at the premium level? If you answer yes to all of the above questions, then you have to do it all yourself first.

Internal Server Error 500

I was checking my links for PayItForward4Profits and 3StepSecret when I noticed they were not displaying correctly. Instead, they were giving me Internal Server Error 500. I knew the problem was with my host because http://derickyung.payitforward4profits.com was still working whereas http://incomewave.ws/profits.htm was not.

I searched for people who had similar problems. I found out that it was due to the server not liking something in the .htaccess file. I edited my .htaccess to replace the commands that the server didn't like and my pages started working again!

More "Back To Basics"

Your prospects need to earn your time by doing things like joining the affiliate programs, going through the steps in PIF4P, and listening to the calls. Prospects can't just chat with you forever. Don't waste your time with members who haven't enrolled members themselves and have not joined any of the affiliate programs.

If you talk all day and are a good salesperson, you can enroll people who don't want to build their business. However, by doing that, you're just adding dead weight to your business. You're also cheating your downline because you won't have enough time for the people who really want to build their business.

PIF4P is like a big sorting funnel. If you don't use PIF4P and are personally chatting with people before you even sort through the prospects, your personal prospecting funnel is very limited. Why would you sort through prospects manually when you can do it automatically through a system?

Back to Basics: Your Reason Why and Sorting

The Mar. 10 call focused on some "back to basics" topics instead of the usual member interview.

Ask yourself: What is it that you're trying to accomplish? Why is it that you're looking for more income? Trying to quit your job, pay off your credit card bills, or spend more time with your family? Your reason will drive your strategy behind building your business. If your reason is long-term and not just get rich quick, then you'll need a solid network marketing company and a system to help you get to where you want in your network marketing company.

You need to automate the initial sorting process. For example, don't buy a list of 1000 leads and phone them all because you don't know where they came from. PayItForward4Profits is a sorting tool. Think of PIF4P as a massive funnel that will accept an endless number of members all the time.

Pick a method of advertising in the fast start traffic school or success guide and start doing it. Don't get overwhelmed with the information. PIF4P will automatically sort your prospects for you. It will weed out the tire kickers.

Remember To Copy Messages To Your Response Magic

Sometimes, when you are going through the steps in your PayItforward4Profits back office, it's easy to skip certain parts, like copying messages to your Response Magic autoresponder. Maybe you were going through a section when you got distracted by the phone, or someone called you, or you had an appointment, or something else came up.

For Response Magic, after you've upgraded, make sure you've copied over the 3 sets of messages from Paul and Joel. How to do that is outlined in Step 1: Part 3: Your Autoresponder.

If you think you've covered everything, it would be wise to go through the steps again to make sure you haven't missed anything. And sometimes, the parts in the steps are updated or changed after you've already gone through them.

Steve Gaghagen On The Mar 3 Call

Steve Gaghagen started with PIF4P in the 2nd week of October. His background is in real estate. He did some online activities before in the early 90's. He tried a lot of things and wasn't really focused at the time. PIF4P taught him to focus on one business and that there was something called a primary business.

Advice for new members

Concentrate on the gas pedal. You don't need to understand how everything works. Keep your eye on the next ten feet. If you're in a desert, don't look at the horizon.

Focus on filling the pipeline and building your list. Be consistent. Steve Gaghagen communicates with his members all the time.

Has family and friends are calling him because of his success with PIF4P. PIF4P has provided a big jolt to his primary business. He actually switched to a new primary business after being in PIF4P for a few months.

Things have really exploded with his primary business. The system has educated Paul Birdsall's members about internet marketing and generating targeted, serious, interested prospects.

PIF4P won't save your life if you just go ahead signing up for everything. Use PIF4P as a tool to build your primary business. Understand that you will make 10 - 20 times more with your primary business.

The top 10 network marketing companies are tangible and product-based. PIF4P teaches Paul Birdsall's members how to stay focused, use marketing, build their list, navigate the internet. PIF4P is a tool, not a business. It's a good tool to educate good quality distributors for your business. PayItForward4Profits is not some magic potion.

Financial freedom is hard work. It's not get rich quick. Don't sit for mediocrity. If you're going to work hard, why not work hard for something that's going to reward you for hard work? Example: a fly in a hotel room kept banging on the glass door and wanting to get out. It worked hard at banging, but if it just turned around, it would have seen the open door.

Paul Birdsall on looking at a compensation plan: look at how many people on average you need in your primary business to reach your financial goal (let's say 10,000 month). Some companies have great products but it takes 2,000 - 3,000 people to reach 10,000 per month. There are other companies with great products that require you to have less than 500 people to reach 10,000 per month. You have a choice to put in 2000 - 3000 people or do the same thing with less than 500 people. See the open door!

I Reached PIF4P Senior Executive!

I have reached a new level in PayItForward4Profits - PIF4P Senior Executive! That's 500+ members. The previous level was PIF4P Executive, and the next level is PIF4P National Executive at 1000+ members. If I can get there, you can too.

On the Mar. 3 PayItForward4Profits training call, Joel Broughton spoke about 5 things you can do to quit your job one year from today:

1. Learn and apply everything we teach - master each thing one by one. You can't do it all in one day, one week, or one month. Continually learn new things and apply them.

2. Constantly increase and improve what you're doing all the time. This is known as constant and never-ending improvement. If you do this every single day for one year, you'll be able to quit your job.

3. You need to have a primary business, and one like Paul Birdsall described in the Mar. 3 training call. Get one with real products and services that pays you for what you're worth.

4. Continually do income generating activities (not analytical and administrative duties like reorganizing your desk) . Don't spend time getting prepared to get ready to learn to make money. Get out there and do it on a daily basis. Some income generating activities include: building that contact list (by getting PIF4P and 3StepSecret members), and setting appointments to show your primary business. Note: GDI is not a primary business, since you won't quit your job building GDI (you need 10,000 members to reach 10,000 per month!)

Improve Visibility With Squidoo

With Squidoo, you can create a lens on any topic of your choice. These lenses can be used to shine light on the important points of a topic. If you're promoting PayItForward4Profits and/or 3StepSecret, then why not create a lens focused on that topic? That could be a part of your linking strategy that is mentioned in day 14 of the success guide.

Gary Eby's sdvice for new PIF4P members: Write down your "why". It must be based on emotion.

Change is from within. What you dwell on in your mind will eventually reach your heart.

Network marketing levels the playing field. It doesn't care what gender, colour, or race you are. You can start at the lowest platform and rise to the top of the company. You can pass the people who brought you into the industry. You can become your own boss.

Your past has determined your present, but it does not have to determine your future.

Don't blame the company, the product, or the world when you get "wounded". This industry
is a great way to become a difference maker.

Excerpts From Gary Eby On The Breakfast Call

The Feb 24 training call featured speaker, trainer, sales strategist, and distributor Gary Eby. Paul Birdsall and Joel Broughton heard him at the Success University convention and invited him to speak to PayItForward4Profits members.

Gary Eby says that there are three things you should look for in a successful company: the right people, the right product, the right plan. There are three things you should look for in a successful individual: product skills, people skills, and mindset skills. People and product skills are 25% of the equation. The other 75% is mindset skills. Mindset skills turns an average person into a superstar.

Gary Eby says that responsibility is the ability to respond to a situation. Responsibility determines whether you will win or lose. When challenges come, the loser quits. The winner develops the ability to respond.

Gary Eby's system acronym is Save YourSelf Time Energy Money. PIF4P is built upon a system that has already proven to be effective (over 130000 members!).

How-to's (like how to make a million dollars, how to lose weight in 30 days) are important but not enough. If how-to's were enough, we'd all be skinny and rich. You must have a why that makes you cry. Why did you come into the industry?

Change is a door that can only be opened from the inside. If you want to grow, you've got to
be open and willing to change, but nobody can force you to change.

If your vocation is not a vacation, then you are destined to meander in mediocrity.

One of the most important challenges you will have is dealing with adversity. As a leader, a great thing you can do is teach people to overcome adversity. When adversity comes, don't give in, climb higher. Persevere through.

Never let anyone pre-judge you, pre-qualify, and tell you what you can and cannot do.

When you get knocked down, finish the race. Don't let anyone tell you can't finish what you started.
