When you commit to your business, you will start to believe in your business and your members will want to commit to their business as well. No one that comes under you will make a bigger commitment than you. How to make a commitment to your business:

1. Upgrade to the premium package in your network marketing company

Getting in at the bottom level is like a McDonald's franchise selling only burgers. How successful do you think that franchise would be? Do you think the top earners in network marketing companies got in at the bottom level just to see how it goes?

2. Be consistent with working your business every single day

Do you think opening a McDonald's opens up two times a week? Life is busy but you need to find time to build your business. You don't need to work on your business 8 hours a day but you
need to be consistent. Remember about CANEI - constant and never ending improvement. You need to grow, learn, build, and work every single day.

Create a Whole Emotional Change

Joel Broughton shared this simple technique to improve your feeling and the feeling of others on the Apr 14 call. A smile can trigger a whole emotional change and feeling. If you're feeling down, smile for a few minutes. If this sounds too strange or mushy for you, just try it :) If you're a positive individual, people will be drawn to you. They'll want to work with you and build their business with you.

Interview With Joseph Demasi

Joseph Demasi currently has over 750 members in PIF4P. He came from a background of no previous Internet marketing experience working in the mortgage loan area. The time freedom aspect and ability to work on this part-time motivated him to start building his primary program with PIF4P. He didn't do anything for the first 3 or 4 months since he joined PIF4P. However, an email from his sponsor sparked him to start building PayItForward4Profits.

Joseph Demasi still works full-time and builds PIF4P part-time. He recommends that every day, do something to build your business, and you'll reach the higher levels. Treat This As A Business, Not A Hobby

If you want this PIF4P or 3StepSecret system to really help you succeed, treat this as a business. Don't treat it as a social club or hobby where you enroll one person a month and get on the occasional training call.

Although you may feel like you want to help everyone who comes into the system, the reality is that you can't help everyone personally. You have to figure out the right people to work with. People will attempt to trick you into thinking that they're the best prospect or member. The important thing to remember is that the best prospects and members not only talk about what they're going to do, they actually do it and take actions. Some members will simply talk and never take action. They really want to change their life but won't be willing to do the work. Anyone that calls you is a good person to talk to because they took an independent action. Anyone that upgrades in one or more programs is a good person to work with.

Using 80/20 To Allocate Your Time

80/20 rule: 80% of your members should take 20% of your time. 20% of your members should take 80% of your time. Work with the people who deserve your time. What can people do to deserve your time? Join the affiliate programs, attend the training calls, follow the steps and enroll new members into PayItForward4Profits or 3StepSecret.

Start Programming and Training Your Brain

You've probably heard the saying that you only use 10% of your brain. If that's true, then there's a 90% chance that statement is false :) . I believe your brain's potential for knowledge is limitless. It's just that you have to keep feeding your brain with knowledge. As Joel Broughton mentioned on the Mar. 31 training call, you have to start programming and training your brain. Every single day, come up with new ideas to improve your business, help more people, or do things better and faster.

Tell your brain what you want and why you want it. You don't need to how you'll get it. Your brain will figure it out. Put what you want into words and pictures. Cut out pictures of what you want so that you can feed your right brain, which is the creative side.

Near the end of the Mar. 24 training call, Joel Broughton mentioned some things he read in a book that can help put you on the path to success:

Let others live a small life but not you. Don't settle for mediocrity.

Let your life not just be acceptable, but memorable. Nothing stops you from living a great life.

Let others cry over small hurt but not you. Don't worry about the minor challenges or little things. You can control what affects you and what doesn't.

Let others waste their resources but not you. There's a lot of crap on the Internet that can waste your time and money.

Learn to help other people. If you teach other people to successful, you'll be successful. If you
help other people, the rewards will come back to you tenfold. Think about others first and yourself second.

Making sacrifices will get you the reward you want. It will get you to where you want to be.

With Google AdWords, you can drive traffic to your PayItForward4Profits and 3StepSecret site by targeting keywords for similar or competitive programs. Some programs include MyWorldPlus, ProBuilderPlus, and ProWealthSolutions. These programs have had big launches, and my ads targeting these ads have high click-thru rates. Do you think there are people in the programs above who could use PIF4P to build their business?

DirectMatches and AdLandPro Removed

If you have entered your PIF4P back office recently for fast start traffic school, you will have noticed that DirectMatches and AdLandPro have been removed. These are still good sites to use for networking. I think they were removed from PIF4P so that all new members of PIF4P wouldn't be sent there.

Lead By Example - Your Downline Will Follow You

Think of kids. They will do what you do. They're like copy cats and learn by imitating. If you notice your kid is doing an unwanted behavior that you tell him or her not to do, think of when you have done it yourself! You can't say one thing and do another.

You can't just join PayItForward4Profits and expect your downline to join the affiliate programs if you don't. Ask yourself how it is that you want your members to setup their business under you. Do you want them in GDI? TrafficOasis? Success University? Your primary business? Do you want them in at the premium level? If you answer yes to all of the above questions, then you have to do it all yourself first.

Internal Server Error 500

I was checking my links for PayItForward4Profits and 3StepSecret when I noticed they were not displaying correctly. Instead, they were giving me Internal Server Error 500. I knew the problem was with my host because http://derickyung.payitforward4profits.com was still working whereas http://incomewave.ws/profits.htm was not.

I searched for people who had similar problems. I found out that it was due to the server not liking something in the .htaccess file. I edited my .htaccess to replace the commands that the server didn't like and my pages started working again!

More "Back To Basics"

Your prospects need to earn your time by doing things like joining the affiliate programs, going through the steps in PIF4P, and listening to the calls. Prospects can't just chat with you forever. Don't waste your time with members who haven't enrolled members themselves and have not joined any of the affiliate programs.

If you talk all day and are a good salesperson, you can enroll people who don't want to build their business. However, by doing that, you're just adding dead weight to your business. You're also cheating your downline because you won't have enough time for the people who really want to build their business.

PIF4P is like a big sorting funnel. If you don't use PIF4P and are personally chatting with people before you even sort through the prospects, your personal prospecting funnel is very limited. Why would you sort through prospects manually when you can do it automatically through a system?

Back to Basics: Your Reason Why and Sorting

The Mar. 10 call focused on some "back to basics" topics instead of the usual member interview.

Ask yourself: What is it that you're trying to accomplish? Why is it that you're looking for more income? Trying to quit your job, pay off your credit card bills, or spend more time with your family? Your reason will drive your strategy behind building your business. If your reason is long-term and not just get rich quick, then you'll need a solid network marketing company and a system to help you get to where you want in your network marketing company.

You need to automate the initial sorting process. For example, don't buy a list of 1000 leads and phone them all because you don't know where they came from. PayItForward4Profits is a sorting tool. Think of PIF4P as a massive funnel that will accept an endless number of members all the time.

Pick a method of advertising in the fast start traffic school or success guide and start doing it. Don't get overwhelmed with the information. PIF4P will automatically sort your prospects for you. It will weed out the tire kickers.

Remember To Copy Messages To Your Response Magic

Sometimes, when you are going through the steps in your PayItforward4Profits back office, it's easy to skip certain parts, like copying messages to your Response Magic autoresponder. Maybe you were going through a section when you got distracted by the phone, or someone called you, or you had an appointment, or something else came up.

For Response Magic, after you've upgraded, make sure you've copied over the 3 sets of messages from Paul and Joel. How to do that is outlined in Step 1: Part 3: Your Autoresponder.

If you think you've covered everything, it would be wise to go through the steps again to make sure you haven't missed anything. And sometimes, the parts in the steps are updated or changed after you've already gone through them.
