On the Feb 3 Saturday Breakfast Training Call, Joel Broughton put in his promotional message for Success University. Here's the summary:
Success University provides you with the information and knowledge you need to overcome the challenges you'll face. You need it because it will continue to feed your brain. It's an unlimited source of positive reinforcement for your business. Listen to top leaders in the industry telling you how to be successful.
Don't think you can do it yourself. Don't think you can be a member of Success University and not listen to the courses. Start listening to the audios and watching the videos. If you're not a paid member, you're missing the boat. You need to signup and start learning from the leaders.
Success University will teach you how to train your brain so you know how to avoid quitting. So many people are going to quit network marketing, PIF4P, their jobs, their marriages... However, they would have been successful if they hadn't quit. They don't realize that they can't fail if they don't quit.
One of the missions of Success University: they want to remove words from the dictionary. If the entire world works together and we no longer use bad words, maybe those bad things won't
happen. For example, if we remove "fail" from our vocabulary, we won't "fail". That may seem far-fetched, but you never know...

His strong burning desire is his biggest reason for success. He wants the success. PIF4P works. All you need to do is follow the recipe he set out. You have to invest time and money. Take each little challenge and figure out how you're going to manoeuvre around it. You'll feel so good when you overcome the challenges.
Say to yourself "I'm not going to settle for less. I'm going to do what it takes." As long as you don't quit, you are guaranteed to succeed.

Testing Success University's Ad Co-op
It seems like the Success University advertising co-op is pretty popular. I wanted to join earlier but couldn't because they're limiting the number of people who can buy shares. After getting an email about the co-op opening, I bought into the advertising co-op on Jan 23 for $197. Now it's time to just check it out and see how it goes. Be Aware When Surfing Traffic Swarm
This may sound like a simple tip but here goes: be aware when surfing Traffic Swarm and clicking on the links. You can easily click a link you're not supposed to - the ones that say something like "cheat test - do not click here". If you click enough of those, then you could lose your account.
Just make sure you don't fall into a state of mindless Traffic Swarm clicking and everything should be fine.

6 Ways To Create Email Subjects And Headlines
- Look through your spam folder or safelist emails and pick out subject lines that stand out to you
- Do a search in Google with a phrase related to what you want your subject to be about and scan the ads
- Come up with variations on a specific subject line or headline - things like changing tense, using a question, adding "how to...", rearranging words, using similar words, adding numbers, adding details, using emotion, considering the opposite

Show Your Business To Monetize Your List

To guarantee your success, you have to show your business. The top leaders in PIF4P show their business to more people than others. That's it. There's no secret. You don't need special skills or need to be a guru.
To monetize your list, you need to be showing your primary business to your list. A percentage of your members will join your primary business if you show it to them. If you don't have a primary business, contact your sponsor.
This industry is tiny compared to the number of prospects that are out there. There are so many people wanting to make money from home. The top 2 currently occupied levels of PIF4P represent at least 16000 members. Right now, there are about 120000 members in PIF4P altogether. Millions of people are looking for a new business.
We can work together and combine our efforts to be able to successful together, or we can compete and shelter our knowledge, and not share our information. If we're selfish, we'll grow at a slower rate. When we share ideas and help each other, we all grow faster.

When Did You Start In PayItForward4Profits?
This is a pretty common question I am asked from PayItForward4Profits members. I started in the beginning of September 2006. I saw PayItForward4Profits being advertised over and over in Traffic Swarm but didn't signup from there. I actually signed up by browsing through the GDI forum and looking for tips on marketing GDI. I don't remember exactly when I joined GDI but it was before April 2006. I had a couple members in GDI and was looking for a way to at least get in profit. I used different marketing methods like blasting to Yahoo groups, for example. That wasn't too effective. After getting in PayItForward4Profits and promoting it, my GDI downline finally started to grow.

1. Clear your browser's "cookies".
In Firefox, go to TOOLS==>OPTIONS==>COOKIES

2. Ensure that your browser is accepting "cookies"

They have 3 little kids. Walter works full-time, and Marcia works part-time at home. They have a road map for 2007 (i.e. the PIF4P success guide). Marcia's recommendations: do the actions suggested by Paul and Joel in the PIF4P success guide. Don't stray away from the success guide. Schedule in your time and set your plan. Change the set of your sail. Take daily action. If you have questions, go get help.
Janet Legere:
People need to start at the quick start guide, work through, and take action. Get the training you need. There is help available, so there's no reason not to succeed. It's not about reinventing the wheel, it's about steering and driving the wheel in the right direction. Focus on building your list. Follow-up is the key. Add your own personal touch.

Extremely excited about 2007. Key things: focus on the road map, set time aside on a daily
basis, take action. Ask yourself each day: What can I do today to move my business forward? (follow the road map). Quick start guide, fast traffic school, and the PIF4P success guide are all part of the road map. Goal setting is about the results that you want. What specific results do you want in your business? What level do you want to get to? What income do you want to achieve? Every day is a fresh start and an opportunity to refocus yourself. Take action. Stick to the road map and work it consistently. Know where you want to go. If not, you end up drifting.
Joel Broughton on goal setting for 2007:
You are guaranteed to meet your goals with constant growth and constant learning. Draw a timeline for today until the end of the year. For today, write down your current PIF4P members. Write down your income goal at the top. Figure out the members you need to reach that goal. For example: income goal is $10,000 / month with each PIF4P member worth $5 / month. This means you need 2000 members by the end of the year which works out to 166 members / month. You want to average out a steady slow growth over time. People need to start at the quick start guide, work through, and take action. Get the training you need. There is help available, so there's no reason not to succeed. basis, take action. Ask yourself each day: What can I do today to move my business forward? (follow the road map). Quick start guide, fast traffic school, and the PIF4P success guide are all part of the road map. Goal setting is about the results that you want. What specific results do you want in your business? What level do you want to get to? What income do you want to achieve? Every day is a fresh start and an opportunity to refocus yourself. Take action. Stick to the road map and work it consistently. Know where you want to go. If not, you end up drifting.
Joel Broughton on goal setting for 2007:
You are guaranteed to meet your goals with constant growth and constant learning. Draw a timeline for today until the end of the year. For today, write down your current PIF4P members. Write down your income goal at the top. Figure out the members you need to reach that goal. For example: income goal is $10,000 / month with each PIF4P member worth $5 / month. This means you need 2000 members by the end of the year which works out to 166 members / month. You want to average out a steady slow growth over time. If you know how to get 1 member in PIF4P, you can get 2000. If you can't get 1 member / day, you need to learn more. Every week, make it a goal to enroll more than the previous week.

Submitted your GDI documentation?
Getting paid in Global Domains is pretty important, right? If you were with GDI before and weren't paid after reaching the mininum payout, it could have been that you hadn't filled out the appropriate documentation. To be paid as a GDI affiliate, you have to fill out the appropriate documentation. To find the forms, login to your GDI member back office and click on Documentation under Account Info on the left hand side.

3StepSecret Advertising Co-op - My Results
I ordered 30 leads/members from the 3StepSecret advertising co-op and they have been fulfilled. At first, the advertising co-op was for leads (when the 3StepSecret site had a lead capture page). But then it changed to members when they removed the lead capture page. I don't know where the leads came from, but I know I've gotten members from India (4), Nigeria, Canada (9), Pakistan, and Libya . So far, one of the 3StepSecret advertising co-op members has recruited one or more members. Keep in mind these are only my results from the co-op. Your results may be totally different.

Google Adwords Tip: Keywords From Traffic Swarm
Traffic Swarm can not only bring you targeted traffic, it can give you ideas for keywords to use in your Google Adwords ad groups. Traffic Swarm can give you an idea of what's popular in the internet advertising world if you surf it regularly. If you see something that comes up repeatedly, you could target people who search for that in Google. For example, I noticed that ProWealthSolutions at one time was seen a lot in Traffic Swarm, so I created an ad group for ProWealthSolutions. That ad group brought in quite a few members to PayItForward4Profits. I think it worked well because members of ProWealthSolutions were looking to make profits, and PayItForward4Profits enables members to make exactly that - profits.

Sidebar Update: Removed 4 List Builders
I removed 4 list builders (FreeAdDepot, TargetAdsDepot, YourLuckyList, and TheListMachine) since they are recommended as part of ListJoe . ListJoe builds multiple list builders for you and is also a list builder itself. The basic idea of a list builder is that you agree to receive emails from other members, and you get the ability to email your downline (the specifics of what your downline is depends on the list builder). There may be other tricks like being able to email a certain number of people not necessarily in your downline. For example, in ListJoe, if you upgrade to Gold, then you get the added bonus of emailing 5000 random members every 3 days.

Most of my PIF4P members come from...
I want to help you be successful in PayItForward4Profits and rock the leaderboards! To help you do that, I'll share what has brought me the most PIF4P members so far. By far, most of my PIF4P members have come from Google Adwords. I've done some other things from the Success Guide, like Traffic Swarm (upgraded), Direct Matches (upgraded), and a bit of other things. These include ezine/list builder advertising, forum posting, blogging, and article writing. However, I would say that at least 80% of my members came from Google Adwords.
Does Google Adwords work?
You may be thinking, "Does Google Adwords work?" Just take a look at it in action: go to Google and type in something like "work at home" or "business opportunity". Take a look at the number of ads you see along the top and right-hand side of the page. These ads are the result of advertisers placing ads for these specific keywords like "work at home" and "business opportunity".
Also, there is a high chance that you signed up for PIF4P (or 3StepSecret) through Google Adwords. If it worked for you, don't you think it would work for others?
Learning and Resources for Google Adwords
I started with Google Adwords by getting Perry Marshall's Google Adwords guide. He is known for being an expert at Google Adwords. If you're going to learn, learn from the best!
A keyword tool I like to use is the Overture Keyword Selector. Just type in a keyword or key phrase and it will give suggested similar search terms with their number of searches for a particular month in Overture (Yahoo's search engine).
Make sure you read over Day 6 of the Success Guide in step 3. Day 6 covers Google Adwords and shows you how to get started. When you get to the bottom of the page, there is a Google Adwords Video Training with Joel Broughton. It's an excellent introduction and will show you how to setup your campaigns and ad groups so that you can maximize your results.

I have different campaigns targeting people for both my PayItForward4Profits and 3StepSecret sites. My average cost per click for my campaigns ranges from $0.16 to $0.45. Keep in mind those are averages, so the actual cost per click can be lower or higher. I like to keep my cost per click below $0.80.
I have received about 200 members so far from my Google Adwords advertising campaigns. The average cost per member for me is about $5. According to Paul Birdsall and Joel Broughton, a PIF4P member is worth anywhere from $4 - $15 over the long term. So $5 seems pretty good to me. And that's the price you pay for PIF4P member if you participate in the PIF4P advertising co-op. Keep in mind that the average you pay for a member using Google Adwords could be higher or lower.

After you've received your first set of leads from TrafficOasis, you need to make sure you've setup your TrafficOasis autoresponder. To find out how to set it up, login to your PayItForward4Profits back office and go to Training -> Internet Tools Training. Near the bottom of the page you'll see:

I reached PIF4P Executive!
Today I reached PIF4P Executive level! That's over 250+ members. The next level, Senior Executive, comes at 500+ members. All I have to do to get there is do the same thing I did to get 250.
It all starts with getting that first member in PIF4P. If you can get 1 member, then you know how to get 1 member. So you just do the same thing to get another member. If you can get 10 members, you know how to get another 10. If you can get 100 members, you know how to get another 100. If you can get 1000 members, you know how to get another 1000. This numbers game can keep going on, but you get the point, right?

New Sidebar Links: FreeTraffic4Profits + List Builders
The links sidebar to the right has been updated to include the new FreeTraffic4Profits and more of its recommended programs. Among these are TrafficHoopla and ListJoe. TrafficHoopla has their own testing system for ranking the effectiveness of different manual traffic exchanges. ListJoe is a list builder which lets you email 5000 members every 3 days if you upgrade. It also promotes multiple list building programs for you.

The PIF4P & 3StepSecret Co-ops, And The Funnel
On the Dec 16 Saturday Breakfast Training Call, Joel Broughton explained what's the difference between the two ad co-ops offered by PayItForward4Profits.
The PIF4P co-op gets you members who come mainly from Google Adwords, plus some magazine advertising, Yahoo search, and MSN search. Most of these people already have a primary business because business builders are targeted.
The 3StepSecret co-op gets you members who come mainly from newspaper advertising, plus some magazine advertising, and Google Adwords. The 3StepSecret ad co-ops runs a lot faster because there are more people looking for a business than network marketers/business builders. These business seekers are less experienced and most don't have a primary business.
Concentrate and focus on getting good at one of these targets: PIF4P or 3StepSecret. If you get good at one, you can target the other.
Putting Members In The Funnel
Let the system do the sales for you. The system is like a big funnel. Your focus is putting members in the funnel (ie the front end). Don't spend all your time getting people to join and upgrade. If you spend more time sponsoring members, then you will get more people potentially joining and upgrading. Don't start chasing people because the system is designed to do the sorting and sifting for you. Provide customer service - not sales.

Let the system do the sales for you. The system is like a big funnel. Your focus is putting members in the funnel (ie the front end). Don't spend all your time getting people to join and upgrade. Split testing your Google Adwords ads
Split testing is a method you can use to test the effectiveness of your PayItForward4Profits or 3StepSecret ads on Google Adwords. The idea is simple: run two ads and see which one gets the better response. To see your ad or ads, click on your Ad Group and then click on the Ad Variations tab. If you only have one ad, you'll want to create another ad with a single variation. Most likely you would want to vary your headline, as that is the most important part of your ad. The headline is where you want to spend most of your ad tweaking time. To create a new ad, look for + Create new ad: Text ad.

Joel Broughton's Military Story

The military impressed to Joel Broughton that he had to have everything perfect before the implementation. Planning and analyzing everything beforehand could have meant the difference between life and death in the military.
That idea of perfection is absolutely false with marketing, which is totally different than the military's idea. Joel Broughton used to want to have everything perfect being running an ad - the sales letter, ad copy, shipping and ordering details. His partner Paul Birdsall would say something like: let's just run the ads, see what we'll get, and don't be scared to take risks.
With marketing, you don't have to be able to predict the results to a tee. Stop worrying about the i's and t's. It's necessary to learn. However, if you're sitting around learning and not taking action, why not learn while taking massive action?

Having more inbound links will provide more exposure to your PayItForward4Profits site. It doesn't hurt to submit your link to various directories or free advertising sites. One example is the Free Advertising Blog by Mike Filsaime. As a free member, you can post to the blog every 7 days. You can use it add a post containing your PayItForward4Profits link. Or you could even promote your own blog there to help it get noticed by search engines. Since the Free Advertising Blog most likely consists of advertisers (people who already have a business), it's probably better to not promote your 3StepSecret site.

New Automated Advertising Co-op

Too Many GDI Emails?
You may be feeling overwhelmed by the number of emails you get from GDI, telling you to promote by doing this and that - hand out business cards, post flyers, phone leads, ... Response Magic Tip
Would you like to track your links in the Response Magic broadcasts you send to your PayItForward4Profits members? If you use a tracking service like TrackThatAd, you can find out how many clicks your links received, but you can't find out who clicked them. If you can find out which members clicked on your links, then you'll know who is interested in what. You can do just that by enabling link tracking within Response Magic. Go to Settings -> Personal Settings, and then check Enable Link Tracking. There you have it! When you send out a broadcast with links in it, they will automatically be tracked.

Google Adwords Keyword Idea - Network Marketing Companies
Here's another idea for getting keywords: target network marketing companies. What I do is create an ad group for a specific network marketing company. Let's say I'm creating an ad group for Xango. I would promote my PayItForward4Profits site since I'm targetting business builders. I would then have a list created beforehand of keywords I think people would type if they wanted to build a network marketing company.
