Here are notes from Dec 2 Saturday Breakfast Training Call.

Paul Birdsall and Joel Broughton are constantly improving the system. The 3StepSecret website, the one for business opportunity seekers, has had a makeover. The lead capture page has been removed and GDI is no longer promoted right away. There is a new 3StepSecret autoresponder geared towards members, so make sure you upload it from your PayItForward4Profits back office.

The new 3StepSecret site allows visitors to experience the benefits of the system before deciding to join GDI. You'll have huge success with promoting this. Joel Broughton predicts everyone will be talking about the ketchup and rice guy (Paul Birdsall) in the next 6 months.

A major way to attract people to your new 3StepSecret website is through Google Adwords. When you write an ad for anything, think of these two things that people will ask:

• Can I do this?
• If I can't do it, can you teach me?

Help your members. Steer them in the right direction. Don't sell them. They'll sell themselves. If they do, they'll take off like Janet Legere, Jay Kanik, Ali Brown, Carl Airey, or any other successful PIF4P members.

Don't try. Just do it. People trying it get frustrated. People doing it never get frustrated.

Ali Brown Interview From Dec 2 Saturday Training Call

Some notes I took from the interview with Ali Brown on the December 2 Saturday morning breakfast training call:

PayItForward4Profits is her first online business. Her primary attribute for success is that she sticks to it and does something everyday to drive your business forward. She works the system and follows the success guide. If you think you've gone through the success guide, go back and review it. You'll find things you looked over.

How does she stay focused and educated?
She rarely misses the training calls. Training calls keep her connected with like-minded people in PIF4P.

Advice for brand new members
You need to give yourself permission to learn what you need to do to make it work. Try everything, go through and experience the program, and take time. It's a learning process. If you're not willing to learn and adapt, you'll have short-lived success.

The focus isn't on the money, it's on helping people.

Your techniques must be duplicatable. Duplication is critical. In fact, she has a note that always reminds her, "Is it duplicable?"

PIF4P creates a warm market environment with the people she introduces to her primary business because there is that common ground with PIF4P.

Ali Brown has laid out a plan for income goals and emphasizes that you need to have a game plan for where you're going.

The training in PIF4P is superb. They have regular live training calls and recorded training calls you can listen to at any time. Having more inbound links will provide more exposure to your PayItForward4Profits site. It doesn't hurt to submit your link to various directories or free advertising sites. One example is the Free Advertising Blog by Mike Filsaime. As a free member, you can post to the blog every 7 days. You can use it add a post containing your PayItForward4Profits link. Or you could even promote your own blog there to help it get noticed by search engines. Since the Free Advertising Blog most likely consists of advertisers (people who already have a business), it's probably better to not promote your 3StepSecret site.

Editing Your Response Magic PIF4P Automated Response

If you always individually send out the same welcome message to your new PayItForward4Profits recruits, why not edit your automated response message in Response Magic? It can save time when you start getting members more frequently.

Here's how you can add your welcome to the automated response message that is sent out to your new PayItForward4Profits members when they signup:

1. login to Response Magic
2. select your PIF4P list from the dropdown under Select a List to Manage Below
3. click on Email Management
4. click on the Edit button in the same row as the Automated Response
5. add your personalized welcome
6. Preview your changes
7. Save your changes
