Chad Rissanen spoke on the Apr 28 training call about who you want and do not want in your business. 
The people you do not want in your business:
Blamers
 - they feel the world owes them something
 - it's always something or someone else's fault
Procrastinators
 - people with an attitude of why do today what we can put off until tomorrow
Excuseologist
 - they have an excuse for everything
Watchers
 - they look at your opportunity but never jump in
 - they seek outside validation
Whiners
 - they have a hard time understanding that it takes money to make money
 - they believe the system should conform to them
Who we really want in our business:
Herdsmen
 - they have a flock and know how to keep them pointed in the right direction
 - they know how to bring people to an event
Mountaineers
 - there is no middle, they go all the way and are goal seekers
 - they see adversity as a challenge, not as a reason to quit
 - they do not let crisis turn into ruin
Sky diver
 - operate out of pure enthusiasm
 - will fly without a net
 - they would rather figure it out as they go
 - have a great way of getting people excited
 - you can do anything if you put your mind to it
Farmers
 - they understand the concept of planting seeds, watering daily, weeding, harvesting
 - they are very meticulous and take pride in everything that they do
 - they have a strong desire to do things right
 - they are in for the long haul
Astronauts
 - the sky is the limit
 - they see the world as very small
 - almost as if they are on the outside looking in
 - clear vision of what's possible if given the right vehicle
 - if there's a will, there's a way
