Why do people fail in network marketing?

Notes from the May 5 Saturday breakfast training call with Rod:

  • Why do people fail in network marketing? They quit.
  • This is a numbers game. If you keep plugging into the system, you will get a winner.
  • Do not judge the system until you get at least 100 members.
  • If you get 10 members and no one signs up, get another 10.
  • Don't do the success guide just once. Do it over and over.
  • Positive mindset through education (Success University and the Success Guide in PIF4P/3StepSecret) creates leadership.
Are you getting what you settle for in life?

Do dogs like bones? No, they don't. They like steak and they only settle for bones. Think about that. What are you settling for in your life? Forget about the bones. Go after the steak.

About Your Primary Business in PIF4P

Promoting your primary business is the goal of PayItForward4Profits. Your primary business should enable you to build a passive, long-term residual income.

When you login to your PayItForward4Profits back office, you can enter your link for your primary business in Step 1: Part 2: Affiliate Programs (at the bottom of the page).

People can pay you before they even see your main business. They can do that through the funded proposal (GDI) and through secondary sales (like TrafficOasis, TrafficSwarm, and Success University)

As long as your links are entered into the system, then members who signup under you in PIF4P will see the same back office as you have. The key difference though, is that it will have your personal details and referral links, so PIF4P members will have the chance to join under you in the funded proposal, the secondary sales, and your primary program.

Who You Want and Do Not Want In Your Business

Chad Rissanen spoke on the Apr 28 training call about who you want and do not want in your business.

The people you do not want in your business:

Blamers
- they feel the world owes them something
- it's always something or someone else's fault

Procrastinators
- people with an attitude of why do today what we can put off until tomorrow

Excuseologist
- they have an excuse for everything

Watchers
- they look at your opportunity but never jump in
- they seek outside validation

Whiners
- they have a hard time understanding that it takes money to make money
- they believe the system should conform to them

Who we really want in our business:

Herdsmen
- they have a flock and know how to keep them pointed in the right direction
- they know how to bring people to an event

Mountaineers
- there is no middle, they go all the way and are goal seekers
- they see adversity as a challenge, not as a reason to quit
- they do not let crisis turn into ruin

Sky diver
- operate out of pure enthusiasm
- will fly without a net
- they would rather figure it out as they go
- have a great way of getting people excited
- you can do anything if you put your mind to it

Farmers
- they understand the concept of planting seeds, watering daily, weeding, harvesting
- they are very meticulous and take pride in everything that they do
- they have a strong desire to do things right
- they are in for the long haul

Astronauts
- the sky is the limit
- they see the world as very small
- almost as if they are on the outside looking in
- clear vision of what's possible if given the right vehicle
- if there's a will, there's a way
