Interview With Karl Airey

Karl Airey is a new PIF4P chairman!

What's his biggest attribute for success? Wanting to be at the top has really helped him out a lot. Specifically, the number one thing he has done is reinvest the money he's making from his funded proposal into advertising. By reinvesting, he's growing his business at an increasing rate. Experience has helped him get better qualified prospects.

Karl Airey started out in traditional network marketing with his warm market. Next, he started cold calling leads. Because he couldn't maintain his downline and get them to enroll as well as he could, he looked into other things.

Karl Airey was exactly where you were before. He didn't know about marketing, email autoresponders, and bringing targeted traffic to his website. He now gets 30 PayItForward4Profits members in a good day, but don't expect to get that right off the bat.

He doesn't take a lot of time off. He doesn't watch a lot of TV. He feels like he's riding a wave and doesn't want to get off of it. He started working the system from day 1 and hasn't looked back. He jumped on, got going, and is still going.

Tips From Karl Airey

Don't get hung up on the setup process.

Setup a marketing budget. Find out what works and put more into it. In a few months time, you'll see that return. There are some great ways of building in the success guide. Go through the success guide day by day, step by step. Learn one thing at a time and get really good at it. The Internet is so vast, so we can be very creative.

No More Cold Calling

Since joining PayItForward4Profits, he doesn't have to chase people and do cold calling. He gets 10 - 20 phone calls a day from people asking for his help and asking about his primary. People in his downline are getting the same experience. They're getting people calling them.

Believe And Take Action!

Put belief into action. You can be excited and hopeful, but we need to put that into action. Find ways to take action everyday. Stop hoping if you have to and just produce. Action does produce. Action comes from following the steps. Don't let the material in the system bog you down. If there wasn't that much information in there, we wouldn't have a world-class system. Because we're all making money, it's proof that all that material is needed.

Google Adsense Is Not Google AdWords

You may have been reading the Success Guide in PayItForward4Profits and noticed a section dedicated to Google AdWords. Please note that Google AdWords and Google Adsense are not the same.

Google Adsense is a method of monetizing your website traffic. It refers to ads you place on your website from other advertisers. These ads are aimed to match the content of your website. When people visit your site and click on Adsense ads, you earn a certain amount per click.

Google AdWords is for advertisers. It allows you to place your own ads on keywords that you bid for. These ads will show up on the search pages of Google (look at the right-hand side of the page when you search for something - if there are advertisers bidding on the term you just searched for, you'll see text ads). If you choose to, you can also display your ads on the content network, which includes websites using Google Adsense.

Is The Grass Greener On the Other Side?

The grass is not necessarily greener on the other side. What we can do is make the grass greener on our own side. As an example, Joel Broughton makes the grass greener by filling his mind and surrounding himself with positive people.

Why are the rich people getting richer and the poor people getting poorer? Because that's what
they attract.

Paul Birdsall and Joel Broughton guarantee you PIF4P will not be 100% perfect. However, they will continually make it better, and it's one of the best systems out there. It's a system that can help you build the life you want to build - not just go to work 9 to 5 at a job you don't like.

Success University - Learn From the Leaders

Paul Birdsall and Joel Broughton met a lot of people at the Success University convention, including PayItForward4Profits members worldwide. It was exciting there because everyone was so excited and motivated.

On the Feb 3 Saturday Breakfast Training Call, Joel Broughton put in his promotional message for Success University. Here's the summary:

Success University provides you with the information and knowledge you need to overcome the challenges you'll face. You need it because it will continue to feed your brain. It's an unlimited source of positive reinforcement for your business. Listen to top leaders in the industry telling you how to be successful.

Don't think you can do it yourself. Don't think you can be a member of Success University and not listen to the courses. Start listening to the audios and watching the videos. If you're not a paid member, you're missing the boat. You need to signup and start learning from the leaders.

Success University will teach you how to train your brain so you know how to avoid quitting. So many people are going to quit network marketing, PIF4P, their jobs, their marriages... However, they would have been successful if they hadn't quit. They don't realize that they can't fail if they don't quit.

One of the missions of Success University: they want to remove words from the dictionary. If the entire world works together and we no longer use bad words, maybe those bad things won't
happen. For example, if we remove "fail" from our vocabulary, we won't "fail". That may seem far-fetched, but you never know...
