Your upline and downline can help you build your matrix, but the best way is to personally refer active members to Traffic Oasis. You can do this by simply promoting your PayItForward4Profits site and getting more members. You don't need to individually promote Traffic Oasis because PIF4P automatically promotes Traffic Oasis for you.
Make sure you upload your affiliate link after you've signed up and upgraded. When you upgrade, your first set of leads will arrive in approximately 14 days. There is not much use in being a free affiliate as you will not earn commissions.
